Million Vault — Terms & Privacy

Effective from the date this site went live.

What This Is

Million Vault (millionvault.online) accepts a fixed $1 payment from anyone who chooses to send one, up until a running total of $1,000,000 is reached. It is a personal project, not a business selling goods or services, not a registered charity, and not a lottery, sweepstakes, or contest.

By sending $1, you are not purchasing anything, and no reward, product, or explanation is owed to you in return.

Payments & Refunds

Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details — Stripe handles that directly.

Every payment is $1 and is final. Because nothing is being sold, there are no returns, exchanges, or refunds, except where required by law or where Stripe's own dispute process applies. If you believe a charge was made in error, contact us first (see Contact) before filing a dispute with your bank.

No Promises

There is no prize, drawing, contest, giveaway, or chance-based outcome of any kind, at any point — including when the total reaches $1,000,000. Nothing is guaranteed to happen when the vault fills, and we make no commitment about what, if anything, we will do with the money.

This is not a donation. We are not a registered charity, and payments are not tax-deductible.

What We Collect

We collect very little:

We do not sell your data to anyone.

How We Use It

Payment and email data is used only to: process the $1 payment, keep records for tax and accounting purposes, and respond if you contact us about a charge.

The only third party we share data with is Stripe, our payment processor, which needs it to process the payment. We do not use your email to send marketing.

We keep payment records as long as required for tax and accounting purposes. To ask what we hold about you, or to request deletion of your email address from our own records, contact us below. Note that Stripe keeps its own transaction records independently of us, under its own privacy policy.
